Become the Leader
You Imagine
At the heart of the program is the concept of servant leadership, teaching teens that true leadership comes from supporting others, listening actively, and using personal talents to help the group succeed. Through guided experiences and mentorship, campers learn to lead by example, inspire their peers, and approach challenges with confidence and thoughtfulness. By the end of the program, participants leave not only with practical leadership skills, but also with a deeper understanding of how leadership rooted in service and integrity can create positive change both at camp and beyond.

Camp Registration is now open for all families.

Service Project
A cornerstone of the program is the service project, where campers identify a need within the camp or local community and work together to make a positive impact. This experience teaches collaboration, initiative, and creative problem-solving, while reinforcing the principles of servant leadership. Teens see firsthand how their efforts can benefit others, and they develop a lasting appreciation for giving back and leading with purpose.

Leadership Discussions
Through structured Leadership Discussions, campers dive into topics such as communication styles, conflict resolution, ethical decision-making, and servant leadership in action. These conversations provide a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from peers and mentors alike. Participants leave with stronger critical thinking skills, a clearer understanding of leadership principles, and greater confidence in guiding others with empathy and integrity.

Off-Site Trip
The off-site trip offers campers the chance to explore new environments, challenge themselves, and practice leadership in real-world settings. These adventures emphasize teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making, helping teens step confidently into leadership roles outside of their usual surroundings. Each trip combines fun and learning with meaningful opportunities to reflect on personal growth and group dynamics.

Counselors In Training: Step Into Leadership
The CIT program is divided into two levels. CIT I is a four-week program that introduces participants to the responsibilities of a camp counselor, giving them the opportunity to shadow experienced counselors and learn the daily routines of leadership in action. CIT II runs for the entire summer, allowing participants to work closely with counselor mentors, take on more responsibilities, and apply their leadership skills in real-time. CIT II participants also receive a stipend for their time, recognizing their contributions and dedication to the camp community.
