Camp Sponsorship

Opening The Doors to Summer Camp For Every Family

At Paradise Farm Camps, we know that the laughter around a campfire, the thrill of mastering a new skill, and the friendships formed under the trees are experiences every child should have. But we also know that for some families, the cost of camp can feel out of reach. That’s why we are dedicated to making camp possible for all children, no matter their family’s financial situation.

Through our sponsorship program, we reserve a portion of our Day Camp sessions and Overnight Camp bunks for campers whose families need financial assistance. Each family is matched to a sliding scale based on income and family size, ensuring support is tailored to their needs. Depending on this scale, families may qualify for a full sponsorship, which covers all tuition except the registration fee, or a partial sponsorship, providing a 10% to 90% reduction in camp fees.

Our mission is simple: every child should have the chance to explore the outdoors, build confidence, and create memories that last a lifetime. With your support—and our sponsorship program—we make those summer camp dreams a reality.

Camp Registration is now open for all families.

Sponsorship FAQ

The starting cost of camp is $1,200 per Overnight Camp session, and $470-$510 for the Day Camp

This cost is broken into three Payment Categories:

  • Deposit – $50 per camper.
  • Sponsorship Percentage – Aid awarded based on family need.
  • Family Contribution – The balance owed by the family.

Sponsorship amount is approved on a case by case basis, the amount is determined by family size, family income, and any extenuating circumstances.

All registrations require a $50 deposit per camper at the time of registration. This deposit is a portion of the session total.

Family contributions can be paid in full at the time of registration or split into monthly payments through September.

If the financial burden becomes too difficult, even on a payment plan, the organization has some limited additional resources to provide further aid. Please contact our office to discuss these possibilities.

Cancelled sessions and no-shows limit the organization’s ability to impact as many campers as possible. Therefore all cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to the start of the camps session. Any no-shows will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
